Our class had a very special visitor this week for Dr. Seuss Week—Judge Executive Mike Mitchell! He came to read one of his favorite stories to the students, bringing the magic of reading to life.
While visiting, Judge Mitchell also talked about his job and what it means to serve the community. He explained the importance of civic duty and how everyone can make a difference in keeping our town a better place. He especially emphasized the need to avoid littering and to take care of our environment.
It was a fun and educational experience for the students, who enjoyed hearing a story while learning valuable lessons about responsibility, community service, and making positive choices.
